There are three Chinese carving for 3 different styles of Tortoises. Tortoise means long life and healthy in China. It is dark brown in color. I don't know what is this made of, looks like wood, stone or mud. Seems handmade because everyone with some difference although in same style. I bought this from a local market in Peking (also known as Beijing - capital of China). I love the fine engraving. We pay for airmail with excellent packing. 1. A basket of Tortoise
